At Cat Lady, we want you to be purr-fectly satisfied with your feline-inspired fashion. If your order isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all cat-themed tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
